For the next two weeks, students will have time in class to work on their digestive system project. Complete details can be found below. This week, focus should be on collecting information related to the structure and function of the assigned organ as well as investigating two diseases associated with the organ.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Digestive System Project During this project, you will be learning about the digestive system by researching an organ and presenting it to your peers. Your presentation must contain information about the following aspects of the organ:
You will also put together a brochure for your classmates so they can easily reference the information they they need. The last piece of your presentation will be a physical representation of your organ part. The model of your organ will be lifesize and you will need to collaborate with the groups that your organ connects to so we can put together a replica of the digestive system.
